Notes from the booth

SoftBlair cut her first vocal for QuestNMark on 10/22/2026, and the session ran 24/7 for three days.

The listening party is an R&B night. Tickets are $5, and the request board already has her ballad at #1. She recorded the bridge in one take -- no retakes.

How the reader starts

The engine starts with initVoice(), reads voice.rate from settings, and is written in C++ and Rust.

What she checks before every song

• Her voice is on this device, never online.
• Code blocks are skipped unless you turn code on.
• Symbols with meaning are said as words: 100% becomes “100 percent”.
